Welcome to Pole Ninjas! We’re a small pole family based in Shepperton who share a passion for pole and movement. We run classes for complete beginners to advanced polers and everyone is welcome here.

We also form a collective of dancers who are available to book for performances and events. For individual enquiries, please get in touch with us through our contact form.

Beginners

No experience?  No problem.  This class is designed for people with no prior pole background.

Classes are an hour long and we’ll begin with a thorough warm-up before taking you through a beginner friendly conditioning routine to start strengthening your muscles for the pole.  After that, we’ll take you for a spin!

We’ll progress week by week, building on spins and combinations to eventually start creating graceful routines and get you feeling like a pirouette-pro!

First class? Find out more here.

Spinny Pole

Get ready to zone out and fly away!  Spinny pole can take a while to get your head round (feeling dizzy?) but it's definitely worth it!

In these classes we will take you through the spinny pole fundamentals before learning a sequence on spin to get you used to transitioning and build your confidence whilst rotating in midair!

Basework Baddies

Calling all low flow dwellers! This class is designed to give you various transitions and pathways using the pole and floor. This class is for students who already have some experience of heels and want to take it up a notch.

There are no inversions in this class and you do not need skin exposed. We do recommend heels and knee pads.

Inverters

Now it's time to take that conditioning learnt in beginners and build on your skillset by going upside down!

We’ll be exploring more tricks up the pole and working towards improving stamina by building on spins and adding in strength exercises up the pole.

This class is an hour long and will include a thorough warm up, conditioning exercises, spin combos and upside down tricks before cooling down.

We’ll work on a class choreo and leave some time for you to explore at the end.

This class is meant to be empowering, we want you to leave feeling ready to take on the world.

Fundament-heels

This class is specifically for beginners starting on their heels journey who want to learn basic movements and perfect the essentials!

The aim is to help you learn how to use the shoe properly and execute strong lines that look pleasing to an audience.

You don’t need any previous heels experience to do this class!
