Pole obsessed owner of Pole Ninjas!

Despite starting with no dance or gymnastic background, I quickly fell in love with how pole made me feel. 8 years later, I teach, compete, and run my own studio, and genuinely can’t imagine my life without it. 

I teach: Just about everything!

My favourite class: Basework Baddies (Tuesday 7:30pm). Watching your freestyle moments give me so much joy. 

After I had my son, I wanted to gain a new skill; pole turned out to be the perfect mix of dance, musicality, and fitness, and most importantly, the positive environment I was looking for.

I love the exciting, fulfilling, and never ending challenge to improve and advance.

Pole has given me confidence, a supportive community and honestly, the feeling of just not caring what others think about me. I had no idea it would be the best decision I ever made. 

You get obsessed with overcoming the challenges; the feeling of accomplishment is like no other.

I loved pole as soon as I started over 10 years ago now. Competing and winning Intermediates first place was a personal highlight! I adore teaching and seeing strength and confidence grow.
